Justaucorps Frock for women
In the late 17th until the early 18th Century the Justaucorps has been the common outer garments for men. It is basically a coat lying close to the body (hence the name) that emerged from the doublet and was replaced in the wake of tails. Of course, such a Justaucorps also matches perfect to a adventurous lady.
The Justaucorps frock for women is made of genuine wool on the outside, which contrasts with the satin-like texture of the lining. Typically on the other hand are the broad lines of buttons, which are not designed to close the frock coat, but rather are assigned for far apart long-folds. This lapel is decorated with gold lace and braids, which can also be found on the folded collar. The cuffs are folded back and in each case provided with five buttons - all jewelry and functionally.
